1. Accepted Payment Methods

At this time, David & Emma only accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card
  • Apple Pay
  • Shop Pay

Credit card payments may include major card providers such as Visa, Mastercard and other supported card networks shown at checkout.

Please note that available payment options may vary depending on your country, device, browser and the payment methods available through our checkout provider at the time of purchase.

We do not currently offer payment through Klarna, PayPal, iDEAL, Bancontact or bank transfer.


2. Secure Payment Processing

All payments are processed through secure and trusted payment providers.

Our checkout uses secure encryption technology, including SSL, to help protect your payment details during the checkout process.

David & Emma does not store your full credit card details on our own servers. Your payment information is processed securely by our payment provider.


3. Payment Confirmation

Your order will only be processed after your payment has been successfully completed and confirmed.

If your payment is declined, cancelled, incomplete or marked as suspicious, your order may not be processed.

Please make sure that all payment and billing information entered at checkout is correct before completing your purchase.


4. Currency and Charges

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on our website or at checkout.

Depending on your bank, card provider or payment provider, you may be charged additional fees, such as currency conversion fees or international transaction fees.

These fees are charged by your bank or payment provider and are not controlled by David & Emma.


5. Refunds

If you are entitled to a refund, for example after an approved return under our 30-Day Return Guarantee, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are usually processed within 14 days after the returned item has been received and approved, unless applicable law requires a different timeframe.

Please note that your bank, credit card provider or payment provider may need additional time to make the refunded amount visible in your account.


6. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If you believe that a payment has failed, been charged twice or was processed incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number, full name and a short explanation of the issue so we can review it properly.


7. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Opening a payment dispute or chargeback before contacting us may delay the resolution process, as the matter will need to be handled through the payment provider.
