By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

7. Lost, Delayed or Delivered Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.
If tracking shows that the package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, David & Emma is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced packages after delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts or circumstances outside our control.
